SHIPPING OF SAMPLES INSTRUCTIONS

Here is how you will arrange to present samples of your products right before the eyes of the world’s leading retailers.

Samples sent to J. B. Lynch for any reason remain the property of the Manufacturer.

All shipping charges, postage, packaging, delivery, customs clearance, import duty and VAT if any must be pre-paid by the shipper. Advise your shipping agents prior to collection.

All samples must plainly show name of what the product is for example if silver show .999 or .925 and a complete listing of materials. If labels are in a language other than English a complete translation must be attached to each item so we can have English labels made free of charge.

Price lists must quote in U. S. Dollars or EU Euros.

Customs declarations must state that the goods are free samples and not for resale to avoid VAT.

J. B. Lynch accepts no liability for loss or damage of samples in transit.

We advise shipping by UPS or mailing by Parcel Post.
